I am having so much fun doing these small house. It is interesting to see if you can do particular styles on a tiny budget. This little house was clearly renovated inside at the point where you put in inside plumbing, but has not really been touched in. Right now I am kind of in a kind of grungy mood and my houses reflect that. I have done a lot more CASting on the furniture and inside than I sometimes do, but it is still just the bare bones of a liveable/playable house for a sim. There is a functional kitchen and bathroom and some beds.
